Aikido is a practice for people of any age.  It is dynamic and   powerful (as Takase Shihan demonstrates), but does not rely   on strength for the execution of techniques.

Break falling methods are used to enhance training and allow   participants to receive techniques without injury.   Advanced break falls can be very athletic.

You can advance at your own pace.

Visit us soon at Northbrook Studios, Rangiora!
